I’ll attempt an arrest at 120. (@RossM I think it is more likely that Jack is at 118 than 99, so I think it makes sense for me to check 120 rather than you.)

I think I’d try an arrest at 118: if our assumption of 82 after first alley move is correct then I believe he can’t have been at 119 and the only time he could be at 118 is now.
