OK, normally when seeking a share the player needs to specify how much they pay, but in this case it was redundant: the cheapest 2 pound spot was open, and no-one else was on the stock exchange track, so at the end of the family phase the family marker moved all the way to the right. They did not convert into a share, because there is currently no company debt.
We skip Firms, because no deregulation in this scenario.
We skip Hiring, because there are no empty positions.
Over to @lalunaverde for Chairman actions. To recap for new players, this is where the Chairman:
-
May increase debt. +1 debt = +5 company balance. An increase of more than 3 debt requires a majority vote by the court of directors. So in the current situation, the approval of at least one other player would be needed.
-
Must distribute all company balance to office treasuries.
