However good the implementation, I fear TI will fall foul of the bandwidth problem—it’s three days since my last action, and I have to re-absorb the entire board state to work out what I should do next (and try to remember what my plans were).
Also down for Irish Gauge.
Irish Gauge invites sent.
Never played it mind
Apparently TI4 is decent
Speaking of games I’ve never played.

Would try TI4
I am up for TI4.
So I went forward with Carson City with randos, sorry you lot.
I’m still down for Carnegie and/or Lorenzo if anyone is interested yet.
Takenoko is fine - I have enough tables open that I’m not going to send any attention its way though. Curious what you all think if you do play.
I’ll try Lorenzo
Invite sent to you and @inkybloc, who I know likes the game.
Not free for a big-brain game like Lorenzo this week.
The pace of games added over the last two years has been a bit bonkers. But still:
- Concordia
- Low Lands
- Isle of Skye
- Roll for the Galaxy expansions
- Brass
- Kanban
- Hansa
- Le Havre
- Grand Austria
- Rococo
- Inis
- Cyclades
- Kemet
- Mission Red Planet
- Tyrants of the Underdark
- Samurai / Babylonia / Blue Lagoon / Through the Desert
There’s just so much.
Anyone else for a third seat?

Cap’s first game and my second, though I’ve forgotten 3/4 of the rules. Should be easygoing.
I’m sure Kate will play. Neither of us know the game but she was recommended it
What are you referring to? Yucata?
Would be keen on Concordia, Brass (either), any knizias
I’ve just noticed there is a shocking dearth of Knizia on BGA. Must be a him thing. They have T&E and then… ?
Looks like they do have Lost Cities, and I recall MLEM though it didn’t play well for the format.
By they way, I’ve been playing Donuts (Cathala) and it is way better than it has any right to be. Like he took Sobek (which I don’t like) and stripped away all the faff until he found a wickedly smart game. I’ve yet to win.
I was just listing the games I’d dearly like to see with an online implementation. They’ve been adding so many games and yet there’s so many I still need. (these aren’t anywhere, that I know of).
Ah, I thought you’d discovered somewhere
Just found there is a way to play base game Arcs online, async, via a browser. It’s fully rule-enforced, and has a robust freeform undo function that means misplays/misclicks won’t ruin the game weeks in. It does not have a notification system, so players will probably have to ping next player every time using a chat here, or Discord, or whatever.
Anyone interested?
Oh, also Cthulhu Wars @lalunaverde @EnterTheWyvern , though I think that lacks the undo (and I am probably not available for a Cthulhu Wars game)
Sure! Arcs all the way ![]()
