@captbnut is. If you are targeting a specific game, you can also go to that game’s forum and PM the developer for single-game access. I’ve done that a few times where I wanted early access and also wanted to help shape the final output.
I’ve noted it’s pretty quiet here on the asynch board. Generally wondering if people are burned out on bga, just busy for a bit, or if, as the pandemic gets farther in the rearview, everyone is having their gaming needs filled on real tables?
Whichever it is, just dropping a blanket invitation for anyone who’s interested, I’m always down for La Granja, Lorenzo (Yucata), Beyond the Sun, Carnegie, Teotihuacan, New Frontiers, Keyflower, and Palaces of Carrara - in all cases if we can get at least 3 at the table.
Yeah, I tend to only take turns when at the computer. Game dependent, though - games I know well or games with a smaller board state get some phone time when needed.
I’m happy to join in, although I don’t have a premium BGA account and my time is limited so my turns would be quite erratic. Not sure if that’s any good for any of the above games.
I tried New Frontiers once, and I couldn’t see a reason to choose it when Race for the Galaxy exists. Maybe I missed something, could give it another try.
