Ah, CAFS can only be Commanded one space per turn. (Sorry, this isn’t on the cards.)

Okay, instead I’ll go to 4,3 and then open the door. Move to 5,3 and extinguish the smoke at 6,3.

Yes, the only thing that blocks you is firefighters.
