There may already be a thread for this (I did check but apologies if I missed it!) but I’m a big fan of small box games. I love a collection I can fit in a shoe box to take on holiday or whatever (yes I know some of you manage to distill your games down into a thimble to take away but I’m not that person!) and I love the simplicity that the small format can bring to games. While many still offer lots of challenge, they are distilled right down without too much extraneous bumf that seems to pad out a lot of games.
So what favourites do you have? (I feel wallet games are a separate topic but happy to discuss those too as love packing a couple in my bag to take anywhere!)
Yeah some good suggestions in there but as I said, a lot of it is shrinking big games to be able to travel with them - I just want the streamlined smaller games!
For me Innovation (assuming not Ultimate) and Mottainai Mini are really up there. This is very dependent on liking these flavours of Chudyk design which are not for everyone it’s well established.
Of recent releases of Trick Takers for Tindahan is the stand out. Although it’s a re-release. Anansi went under the radar but is also excellent.
Not quite as small but I’m really very fond of Burgles Bros. For a tidy package that’s a topnotch coop it’s hard to beat. Although i think @RogerBW might have been underwhelmed.

I am only putting on games I have physically played (No app or BGA plays). Some of these have only been played once, but I would love to get them to the table again.
