I found a hotel about 15 minutes’ walk from the Messe (near the Albertstraße bridge) which has a lounge one could use for gaming.

They have their own web site and they’re on the usual hotel sites too.
It’s a non-staff hotel, of which I’m not a fan in general, but they have responsive email service.

The tickets are now on sale or via the Spiel page.
There are no 4-day tickets any more. I am very annoyed. So I bought Thursday/Friday for my partner and me. I still need a Hotel. Oopsie

Hope the hotel I booked last year has not vanished away with my money. (This has happened before.) It still has a web site at least…
It has a public-to-guests lounge (picture in last year’s thread) and if people fancy coming over for some post-show gaming you’d be welcome. (No bar, just various vending machines.)
Looks as though I’ll be working on Thursday afternoon, Friday morning, all day at the weekends. Happy to chat if possible among demos, or meet up for a proper talk on Thursday morning or Friday afternoon.
