You cannot build anything in 2-2 until irrigation - it is a desert. We’re still on movement, so please provide a corrected turn. Further, since your road to the desert was based on a misunderstanding, it is totally fine to change the 3-2 2-2 road to somewhere else, originating from 3-2.
Also note that your build instructions conflict with RossM’s. If you want to be able to build that wall, you will need to call conflict in building.
