Civolution PBF#1

Lose 2 of my food to the grimwolves
Weaken one of my tribes in the wood first. I’ll feed my weak tribe in papyrus territory. Others get weakened.

Weather effect, I’ll killer the one tribe that got weakened from the glacier

@Joepunman asked for a die roll:
Income
One idea.
Strengthen one of my tribes in jade (non fire camp).
Roll for card d6: 3

I won’t spend an idea to change the die

you only lost 1 food to the Grimwolves.

Im next to both

Losing 2 to grimwolves and feeding one

I only lose 2 food to Grimwolves.
I spend the other food to feed papyrus tribe.

Glacier weakens one of my tribes in the wood
My wood tribes are fed by my farm.

My other tribes (2 in jade, 1 in gold) don’t get fed, so they get weakened.

I think I score 1 point total for strong tribes.

Weather kills one tribe. I’ll lose the wood tribe that got weakened by the glacier (on a non fire camp)

why is it only 2? Isn’t there 3 tiles touching them?

Among the sites, there are two Gorges whose Grimwolves demand food from you now.
For each revealed Gorge, each civilization must check whether it has at least one tribe in
at least one adjacent territory. If so, it must return 1 food marker from its food space
to its supply. If you have tribes adjacent to both Gorges, you must turn in a total of 2 food markers, even if
both Gorges affect the same territory. Note: If you have no food markers, you are exempt from this.

Only 2

The rulebook is presenting you with an example. The example being if (on our map) the Glacier tile was also Grimwolves. You would spend 2 food. There is no “max” food. You count up tiles adjacent to any Grimwolves. We have Grimwolves at two different areas. Tiles attached to those areas is what you check for tribes (being attacked by those Grimwolves). You have 2 tribes (on different tiles) at one location (lower left); and another tribe at the other location (near glacier)(even though that tile has 3 tribes you only pay one food). So, total would be 3 food needed.

Even though I have multiple tribes in multiple territories, they’re still just next to one Grimwolves tile (speaking of the lower one).

(slaps forehead)… gez… that’s what happens when we don’t play often…
you are correct!.. “a tribe in at least one adjacent…”

you are correct. and will adjust the others.

Something I’ll (hope) not to forget now! because this will remind me! Thank you!

This is the status after feeding. We will score points for those still standing.
Jack/Black +4
Joe/Red +1
Von/Blue +0
Aaron/Yellow +3

resolving the rest…

weather and then event

most white dice goes to Joe/Black
most purple dice goes to Von/Blue

I think it’s just black. I think all of us have 7, black has 8

oops, my typo.
