Continuing the discussion from Ashes: Rise/Return of the Phoenixborn #3:

For any observers: this is still Adventuring Party 1 Brennen Blackcloud vs Jericho Reborn.

I’ll probably get to this tomorrow. I am not feeling optimistic but we’ll see!

Hmmm. Finally found time to sit down and build this but a number of chunky issues…

  • I don’t have Jericho reborn, I only have Jericho kill
  • I don’t have any time dice
  • I don’t have any of the cards that use time dice

This effectively makes the deck not buildable with what I have. Hmph. Do you mind if I pick a different phoenixborn? Shall we both pick different ones?

Yeah fair enough. I’d still like to play Brennan, but go for it.
(The Time dice came with the Jericho Reborn expansion, which was the first one after the Great Upgrade.)

As I think about it, we might also consider Red Rains coop mode, which I haven’t tried yet.

Oh, yes, I’d be interested in that. I am unlikely to get round to this for a few days though as my parents are going down for a week, the probably my table space with be pinched for table tennis.
