Can one use an amulet to play a card and move the ATV on the same turn?
Or is it restricted to either play 2 cards or move ATV twice?

Pretty sure each amulet you spend can be used for a different action, which can also be different from your regular action. So play card with amulet then move is valid.

Yup. One of the classes of amulet effect is “take a second turn”, which can be before or after your normal turn. The only restriction on an amulet-turn is that you can’t pick up amulets on a move.

I thought as much, but the way the rules worded it (taking an extra card action or extra move action) made me doubt it. Anyway…

Move ATV to N12 and raise the treasure there.
