Everyone, be thinking… if you fortify, you’ll get more coins when taxation activates.
Also, a Garrison helps the city deal with Riots and Revolts.
I’ll repair the breach in my city please.

or a Garrison could watch over it while you have no Noble there for the next time a revolt occurs?
And they provide the same strength. Even though they cost one coin, they get wages of one coin. Still want the repair?
Clarification: “In addition to providing additional defensive strength for Cities, Garrisons also help quell revolts and riots. If a riot occurs with a Garrison present in the City, it is instantly suppressed. When a “Revolt!” Fate card is drawn, however, the Baron can first let his Garrison try to contain the uprising. He draws a Fate card, and if the result is “1 Victory” the revolt is squashed. If not, he must then pay the usual penalty to appease the City’s citizens. If he cannot, and the revolt results in the loss of his City, the Garrison is removed.”

You have to already own the city for that.

We are almost ready to move on. Blue player will be fortifying Montz. And Yellow player will fortify Roczak.
