Twilight Imperium 4th Edition: PBF GAME 1

Technically the Veto would be the Xxcha power and not a card, but same end result.

This one sounds cool… I think Tech or Warfare would be the best? Trade is pretty good, since we wouldn’t need permission from whoever was going to take Trade.

Leadership and Diplomacy are worthless, Politics is weak, Construction is fine, and Imperial is fine.

But I still like Tech best.

Edit: Oh no, I am lying! Captbnut is the Xxcha, so it was a Veto card! Apologies!

I like tech too.

I like Tech as well, though Politics would not be bad either.

I feel that voicing my opinions would likely have the opposite of the desired result at this point, so I’ll just keep them to myself

You should use that to your advantage! Because we know that you know we’ll want to do the opposite of what you want, which means that by stating there is something you want we’ll all go down a spiral of “Are the Ghosts saying this because they want this, or because they want us to think they want this!?”

It’s reverse-reverse psychology! Or is it just reverse psychology!? WE’LL NEVER KNOW!

I’m not happy because others will use it better than me! Not going to Quash though

Soooo… any further thoughts? Or should we let @COMaestro start the vote?

I guess just start the vote?

I will vote my remaining 13 for Tech. Cormund and Ashtroth have 0 influence but 4 resources between them to pay for it if it wins.

@MIGHTYSploosh Would you like to cast your vote in favour of one of the Strategy cards that we all get to do the Secondary for free?

O tech for sure. Ill use all of my 10 influence.

Okay, that means @GabrielH is next for their vote. So far it is 23 votes for Tech.

Oh, and @MIGHTYSploosh, you still need the 4 Resources in order to use the Tech ability: you can do that with Ang and 2 Trade Goods you have, or you can reduce your vote by 1 (9 total) to hold onto Lodor and Ang and save your trade goods.

Is this for the Galactic Crisis Pact? I may have thought this meant everytime the elected card comes up, we can all use the secondary without a command token.

So. It’s just this one time use?
