Deneb IV was a new warp-capable level 2. I’ll post a full map at the end of the Vulcan turn.

I’ll hold off end of round while trade negotiations happen. I think you have:
- Fed requests 1R rather than 1P TA from Vulcans. Ferengi would like the 1C TA instead of the 1R they currently hold.
- Vulcans can negotiate TAs with Romulans.

Romulans have agreed and we are already in Hupyria.
And previously the Fed and Ferengi were good with what they wanted? please confirm. Fed will get the research one, and the Ferengi will get the production one.
For the already existing ones, we don’t have to be next to each other. I’m able to just change them out at any time (since we already had a TA in existence).

I’ve not seen a specific Romulan-Vulcan exchange. Sounds as though the 1C Vulcan is still in play, so I’ll assume that gets swapped for Romulan 2P unless people say otherwise, and process the end of round now.
