Build 7 ships at Kronos, 2 go ino Fleet 2 to make it a 10-ship fleet, remaining 5 form Fleet 3
Command Phase
C1 - Poke Paulson nebula (auto success) – use research to complete Klingon High Command (this gives me Warp 3 and an extra Command (I’m assuming this comes into play exhausted, if not please let me know)
C2 – Poke the Temporal Anomaly and see what happens
If I’m not mistaken, Klingons win two turns from now unless something changes.

Yeah, I really don’t think you have the option. You move in, the Hazard triggers, and then:
8.9.1 Hazardous Phenomena
As with discovering any Hazardous System, all your Ships in the System must Brave the Hazard [see rule 8.4.1]. If at least one Ship survives, take the Research token from the Phenomenon.
