you colonize the planet, and then you have the option to build nodes after that. All in the same build phase.

That’s why we should be able to fix it. We’ll see what the moderator says. It should be ok. We haven’t started much and you really need it, and it should have been a normal feature for you that everyone would have done. (your case, you did not know)

Federation player: Just so that you know, this is a huge good thing to be able to trade in the beginning of the game like this. It is not normal. It only benefits you both for the free production tokens you’ll get. You can always change or cancel a deal on your turn.

@Roger, is it possible to do this retroactively? I would build a culture node, resources permitting. Also, it looks like my ship is missing from Valakis VI as well? There’s two Ferengi ship there

when you colonize, you give up that ship.

So you (Federation) colonise Valakis and build a Culture node (1 production, 2 culture, leaving 1 culture); then on your turn you explore and find the civilisation (up to 2 culture) and hegemonise it (down to 0). Yes, that works.

Klingon and Romulan 2P for 2P trade, Romulans don’t benefit yet.

My Klingon Trade Agreement was exhausted, so I only have 4 production rather than 6. No need to update the images, I’ll keep track and drop a note of how many resources I think I should have at the end of my turn.
