You don’t need the Science Fleet power for this - I think that’s for the occasion when you’re leaving ships in place to do ongoing research, so they start their turn in that space. When the fleet arrives at Eagle Nebula it automatically rolls its (single) ship-destruction check. Does that alter what you want to send where?
Science fleet has only two ships left, and disbands. (But you get the Research, and this one can go to a project.) Carry on with commands 5-6 with a single ship?
Hello filthy bags of mostly water! I represent the glorious Romu…
Sorry, I’m getting a message from the homeworld…
(… I’m sorry… HOW many ships do they have?.. okay. Huh. Okay then.)
Humble and celebratory greetings, great and mighty representatives of Whatever-a-Federation-is! We are the lowly and penitent Romulan Star Empire. We welcome you with open arms, and gifts of small preserved meats in floral shapes. Are they not celebratory!?
We offer our feeble and unimpressive 3-Trade-Good contract in exchange for your far superior and stronger 3-Trade-Good contract. Alternatively, we can offer you a lifetime subscription to OnlyRomulans, basically worthless to us but perhaps of some… cultural signifance to the more Riker-inspired among your people, in exchange for slightly less of your financial wealth?
We hope this appeases the great armies and unstoppable might of the Whatever-a-Federation-is peoples! Let us shake limb-termination appendages in peace and property!
(My 3 for your 3… or my 1 for your 2 if that works better for you)
In order Romulan, Klingon, Federation, each power may bid a number of resources (Production, Research, Culture). All resources bid by one power must be of the same type, and you may not bid the same number of resources as anyone who’s already bid. Highest numbed of resources gets first pick of the turn order cards; all left over are dealt randomly to non-bidders.
