Big if in 20 turns. Just from map size, I would say any transport research would be cutting it really fine. But I haven’t played solo much.
The delays in getting geese, donkeys, and sawmill going here are a big deal.

Initial thoughts.
2 donkeys to A, One to B to build a woodcutter.
Donkey at B can then come back through giving me 4 geese and the extra two planks I need for the second woodcutter and raft factory.
You need all your initial boards to build 1 woodcutter, 1 quarry, 1 sawmill. You have no spares. You can’t build anything with trunks.
I would move all donkeys to A and build a woodcutter only.
Paraphrasing - the log which will become the two planks.
While I think a woodcutter there is an eventual possibility, what about the other forest? The sawmill? logs aren’t anything except rafts without a sawmill, and at the start proximity to the sawmill is key. I’m not sure you’ll get away with only one woodcutter, or only 3 donkeys, so everything needs a clear priority. For “initial thoughts”, I would plan what every hex’s building will be by the end of the game and work back from there.
That all said, I mostly wanted to make sure a big rule goof wasn’t being made. I’m happy to mostly sit on the sidelines for this one.
“'Old on, lads, I’ve got a great idea…”
Ok Gang.
The current hex with all my donkeys will be a sawmill and one donkey is going to move onto stone to build a quarry.
What do I do with the other two donkeys?
Move them over to the neighbouring pasture for re(production)?
I think you pretty much have to, given your choices so far.
Here’s my question.
I’m about to have two woodcutters and 1 quarry.
Should I be aiming for three woodcutters and 2 quarries?
No, but I think you needed to prioritise the second quarry more.
I’m inclined to agree.
