I believe there may be some people interested in this: Root, the boardgame everyone loves 
has gone digital.
It will be released on Steam (pc), Switch (pending), Ios and Android.
Having played through the tutorial I must say it really feels, acts and plays like a game of Root (however without me goofing up the rules but of course always in my favour).

It just came out of Alpha and is looking really… well really rootsy.
I mentioned on the What are you playing Topic that I bought it about a week or two ago. Thoroughly enjoyable. I believe Steam did an update last night on it, but I’m not sure what it was for.
I’m down for a game with a 3 day turn timer. I can finally play it now it’s on mobile platforms.
It says I’m “logged in as Benkyo+4429” so I’m not sure if that whole string is my username, or 4429 is my code, or if the + is part of it…
Picked this up today and played through the tutorials. I can already tell I am going to be crap at this game! 
Quick update, the Riverfolk expansion has been added on Steam.
I’ll wait a few months for the bugs to hopefully be ironed out, maybe give it a go then.
