"Nobody does it better..."

I’d go with Killer Bunnies, as it was my first non-roll and move era game, and I’ve never seen strategic nonsense done better.

I think it makes the age cutoff, but Castle Ravenloft is also up there. It really nailed the simple transition space from boardgame to RPG that it was going for.

Have you tried the Estates? In the spirit of the thread, Estates is an old game called Neue Heimat

Tried, owned, loved. The Estates is marvelous. Container does it better. :kissing_heart:

I agree. I also moved The Estates on after realising I’d almost always prefer Container

Ooh, I hope that wasn’t too hasty. Part of what I love about The Estates is that I can rope non-gamers in pretty easily, and get it done in 45 minutes!
