Okay, I just have to point out the greatness of having a disclaimer in the rulebook that says that if you lose the game, ANOTHER team comes in and rescues all the animals, all the animals are fine, and you should probably buy that other team lunch to say thanks. But the animals are fine.

I’m reminded of a thing that happens occasionally in Call of Cthulhu games. “We have lots of money, and we’re a bit rubbish. Why don’t we hire someone competent to do the investigation for us?”

Probably a minor thing for most people, but disappointing to see in 2025: the meeples appear to be distinguished only by colour. I’ve seen silkscreening with a symbol done quite effectively (Magic Maze), even if the budget or aesthetic won’t work with distinct shapes.
Definitely getting strong “Pandemic but with the card collecting replaced by vehicle and bonus token management” energy. If I weren’t already very much into Flash Point, and a bit burned out on The Matt Leacock Design, I might be interested.
It’s a solid teach, though. My only question was whether the rabbit is really “first player” or just “active player”, since it seems to be getting passed after every turn.
