I’m not sure I understand the design decision to have everybody go around and do the divinations one at a time. Why not just everyone gets a regular Divine action and can keep going as long as they have meeples or get it wrong?

Going by our games, you’re unlikely to get it wrong at that point, but I suppose it may be that my Divine over here locks down your options over there and the one at a time is meant to be compensation for our not being able to move around in response to what we find.

Re; Earth: Fine. I went home to California for a week and got sick so the table hung for a bit. I’m back on so we should finish in a few days, I hope.
A bit like Wingspan in that it is a text heavy tableau with a few variations on a few very basic effects.
I’m not falling in love but it isn’t dragging either.

I think I feel the same. This would sing on a table, but asynch feels like too many levers for me to follow it well. Lots of fun stuff going on though.

We’ll start a game of 1862: East Anglia in 18xx.games. So far just me and @Whistle_Pig . Never played 2 players. But 3 remains good. How is it with 2?

Re: Pax Pamir… 5th game? First one I enjoyed. I think I finally have the lens to understand what the game is and where in the system the game is taking place. I had a Scythe level disconnect on what I thought the game was and what it actually was.
So I did better and enjoyed in more. Moved from 2/5 to 3/5. I think, table top, real time, with equally skilled players this would be a 4/5.
I feel it in the space between Inis and Innovation, and forecast I’ll continue to prefer those two, though.
