@RogerBW asked for a die roll:
That’s correct. All possible victims are now rescued or on the board. (Of course, “I need to save my games” could come up again…)

Move to 0,3, treat the victim, move them to the ambulance

I think I should have 1 saved ap but the graphics says 4?.
Any way
Drag the victim to the ambo (2ap)
Drive the ambo to the west(2 ap)
Check out the poi under Ross (3 move ap)
You got more from Flare Ups at the end of your turn. So if you want to do more, go ahead.
(And you know all remaining PoI are false alarms or hazmat.)
Opening the door is hugely helpful. Thank you
Then I shall open the door at the west and use any spare ap to drag Ross’s victim closer - if I can’t finish the job he can!
I will ride along in the ambulance.
At which point all possible victims have been rescued and we have all won!
Never in doubt
My goodness. Think about all the firefighters who went before us. Their sacrifice was, frankly, in vain. But we are alright, so…
We are number 1! Everyone else is number 2 or lower!
This is the oxygen tank victim, which takes 4 AP to move a space, right?
@RogerBW asked for a die roll:
Oh darn, I mentally had him as Treated. You’re right. Re-cork the champagne (briefly, I suspect).

And NOW we win! ![]()
And not a lick of fire in the house.
There’s always one ….
Just open the valve for a quick movement bonus. There’s more oxygen in the ambulance, right?
