Apart from the timing of the rat evaluation, the renaming, and the completely new art (which I find repulsive), it’s apparently the same game. Plus some rule clarifications and bonus new printing errors.
But BGG also claims it’s “reimplemented by” Quacks & Co: Quedlinburg Dash, which is almost a completely different game (for example, there’s no push your luck).
