Yes, this is the Eagle Empire. What’s that, why is the bird on our banner black? No idea, but I assure you that any resemblance to a raven is entirely coincidental. Last council meeting was about bringing more villages under our benevolent protection and I think that went rather well, so let’s continue with that. All in favour? Everyone? Good.

Red Chancellor: attack from R6 to Y8, leaving 1 banner behind.
since you are a new player and others as well…
you might want to first take a look at your cards and then decide what you want to do as the Chancellor.
A player can play cards before, during, after. Just depends on the text.
That is also why players should state “end turn” if they happen to receive new cards in that turn.
And that way we know they do not intend to use cards.
But to remind everyone, always look at your cards prior to taking action.
